Events: To book a ticket at one of our events we will ask for an email so that we can send you an electronic ticket. This is held in our system until the event takes place so that we can keep you informed of any changes. Once the event is over our system automatically deletes the emails.
Shop: If you purchase items from us via our website, we will collect information such as your address so that we can take payment for goods and arrange their delivery to you. As this related to a financial transaction there are legal requirements for us to keep this information for a period of time, and we may need to share information with our auditors.
Donations: If you make a donation via the website then your information will treated in the same way as if you made a purchase from our store.
Mailing list: We also have a mailing list which is managed separately from the website for which we keep email addresses. If you wish to have your email removed from the mailing list please get in touch with us to arrange this. You would no longer receive news about our activities.
We have used a commercial content management system to build this website. Whilst we do not anticipate that the developers will collect any personal information we cannot make guarantees and we would recommend that you check the individual companies privacy policies.
